Quality Assurance Officer
Duties
- Assist the QA Manager in establishing, managing and maintaining the quality assurance system
- Create explanatory documents
- Conduct review and evaluation of processes
- Conduct operational and quality audits
- Identify training needs and deliver training in related areas
- Supervise technical and auditing staff
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the superior
要求
- University graduate or the equivalent in related area, e.g., applied science or engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in quality assurance for servicing industries
- Demonstrate experience in establishing and maintaining quality management systems especially ISO 9001
- Demonstrate experience in quality system audits
- Demonstrate a passion and responsibility for customers
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
