Quality Assurance Manager
It is a leading and well-established driving training organization in Hong Kong and Greater China. Owing to our growth strategy, we are looking for career minded and energetic candidates to fill the following position:
Quality Assurance Manager
Duties
- Establish and maintain the Company’s quality assurance system
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Company
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality assurance plan to enable the Company’s qualitysystems and policies to comply with the system requirements
- Work with and educate functional departments to implement the quality system
- Set up and maintain quality control and documentation procedures
- Supervise the undertaking of quality tests and audits
- Identify quality related training needs and deliver relevant training
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the superior
要求
- University graduate in related field, e.g., applied science or engineering
- Minimum 8 years’ related working experience in quality assurance for servicing industries
- Good people skills in dealing with consultants, contractors and internal staff
- A good team player with can-do attitude
- Being resourceful with sense of responsibility, initiative, diplomacy, flexibility, enthusiasm and strategic thinking
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
