Move to Nagoya
-Transportation from Tokoya to Nagoya
– Review of Lean concept
– Free Time
9 January (Sun) Nagoya AM – Toyota Plant & Toyota Kaikan Museum
– Toyota Automobile Museum
10 January (Mon) Nagoya AM – Toyota Engineering Visit
– Lecture by Japanese TPS experts
11 January (Tue) Nagoya AMNagoya – HK – Visit to a leading supplier of automotive components
– Return to HK
