Introduction

The workshop is going to introduce an innovative approach to project management. The approach will be leading to breakthrough improvement in project management, which means a paradigm shift and a big change to the way we are doing. You need to be open-minded to accept the new concept and methodology.

Objective:

The workshop will share with you a new set of methodologies when used properly will allow you to complete project 25% faster without sacrificing scope or budget.
You should be able to increase the number of projects executed with the same resources by 25%, hence more throughput for the organization.

Upon completion of the course, participants will:
– Understand the cause and effect of the current problems;
– Related to multi-project management; and
– Understand the solutions to tackle the problems.
