Dr. Frankie Lam has years of hands-on experience in managing quality, environmental and occupational health and safety improvement. He is the Chairman of Hong Kong Quality Management Association (HKQMA). With more than 30 years experience as a professional manager in civil and building engineering, he has solid experience in contracting in the Hong Kong construction industry. He is also experienced in teaching various programmes in vocational institutes, including Service Quality Training Program for HKQMA.
