RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the business operations plan to maximize services capabilities and increase sales revenue effectively
- Implement and support management with new process opportunities and customer service improvements
- Review and prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, profit margin, customer experience to ensure the sustainability of business performance
- Manage and motivate the performance of all frontline staff to enhance the customer experience and achieved the sales target
- Work closely with treatment centre to develop engagement activities
- Streamline operating procedures, guidelines and policies, set up best practices and establish assessment program
- Ensure customer service achieved brand standard and provide useful and regular training to the frontline staff
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Business Management or related disciplines
- Over 8 years experience in MNC or manufacturing environment
- Candidate with Six sigma qualification on Green Belt/Black Belt is a must
- Experience in operations/process reengineering and six sigma projects
- Experience in front line operation in PRC is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with good coaching skills

Quality Director, Shenzhen Optical Plant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position is reporting to VP / GM of plant, responsible overall quality management in Optical plant. Work with senior management to manage the development and implementation of quality systems, procedures, and methods throughout the organization.
- As a window for key customers reports the latest quality progress in audit, yield and improvement actions ensure timely and effective communication around ongoing process efforts.
- Coordinate field returns, failure analysis and on time delivery back to customers. Closely monitor the performance of high concern metrics ensure excellent in global services.
- Acts as a dynamic driver in promoting quality training and quality awareness through whole organization and build up team work spirit. Strong enforcement towards continues improvement and high efficient processes in order to reduce wastes and bring financial contribution to organization.
- Management supply chain in Quality, Cost and On Time Delivery aspects. This role shall lead the supplier quality team to closely work with suppliers. Through regular meetings and trainings to achieve zero defects in raw materials.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder or above in Engineering discipline. With at least 10 years hands on experience in quality engineering management, preferably in Optical industry.
- Position requires a polished individual with strong leadership skills and extraordinary people management skills, who has a solid understanding of the quality process and manufacturing operations to drive excellence in quality.
- Well versed of International Quality Management System ISO9001, TL9000, ISO14001, TS16949 and generic ESD knowledge.
- Good knowledge Lean Six-Sigma, FMEA, and DoE etc. Certified 6 Sigma in black belt is preferred.
- Good communication, organization, coordination ability and high spirit of teamwork. Self motivated & strong language proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is a must.
- Station at Shenzhen Futian, PRC is required.

Regional Loss Prevention Director, Global Loss Prevention & Investigations Department
Location: Shenzhen / Hong Kong / Singapore / Malaysia (one of 4 locations is available)Responsible for providing support and guidance relative to physical and operational security for all sites within their assigned region and manage activities of all site-dedicated GLPI and sub-regional LP staff within region. The individual will be the Team Lead for assigned audits, complete scheduled Loss Prevention, Physical Security & Supply Chain Security audits at sites within the assigned region. Reporting to the Global Loss Prevention Sr. Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-year degree in business, criminal justic or a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Minimum 8-years of relevant experience within a large organization and 5-years of senior level experience, managing a security or Loss Prevention team, preferably within the OEM manufacturing or logistics environment and/or law enforcement
- Understanding of supply chains, security operations, systems and the loss prevention and physical security principles specific to the hi-tech and general manufacturing industries
- Experience performing process audits, comparing practices against standards
- Able to develop and market value-add corrective actions/recommendations in support of findings
- Demonstrated investigative experience with emphasis on fraud and theft
- Understanding of criminal laws and prosecuting methodology with the ability to document and present investigatve findings to appropriate law enforcement agencies and management
- Effective at developing internal and external liaisons with law enforcement, regulatory agency representatives and customer/industry peers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin with strong computer skills in MS Office and common industry Windows based programs
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) credentials a plus
This position has the potential for significant travel within the region and occasional global travel as necessary. Possession of a valid passport in country of citizenship and unrestricted ability to obtain visas as required.
