CI BLACK BELT – REGIONAL MARKETING TEAM
Supporting the Regional Marketing Team, the vision is to utilize consensus building and data analysis techniques to characterize underlying root causes and solve systemic problems in order to make step change performance improvements. Consensus building often requires engaging the stakeholders (process owners, implementers and evaluators) in using CI tools, methodology and data to identify actual root causes versus the suspected root causes. and to drive corresponding improvement efforts in areas that will make the most impact.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience leading improvement projects and coaching and developing improvement resources
• Previous work with Marketing and or Communications Teams in a large, multinational environment
• Certified Sigma Black Belt is preferred
• Certified Lean Black Belt is preferred
• Project management skills including oversight of project team, resource identification, budgets, scheduling and planning
• Possess strong influencing, coaching, communication and facilitative skills
• Ability to bring teams together to achieve targets and goals
• Ability to diagnose and affect cultural change in moderate to difficult circumstances
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, mathematics, computer science or related field or equivalent education, technical training and experienceMINIMUM TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
• Completed CI Introduction and Foundation Training Courses
• CI Yellow Belt Facilitation
• Complete ACE and Mapping Training/certification
