TOC Seminar: Increase the Profit by Effective Process Management

Dr. Chan introduced Theory of Constraint (TOC) as an effective tool to participants to increase corporate profit. During the seminar, participants enjoyed the game which demonstrated how to find the bottleneck in processes according to TOC methodology and they understood the importance of implementing TOC in corporates.
